End-user licence agreement
By using HMJ Global digital services, you agree to use them lawfully, keep your account details secure, provide accurate information, and respect the operational, compliance, and security requirements of the platform.
1. Licence
HMJ-Global Ltd grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use HMJ Global services for legitimate recruitment, application, onboarding, operational, and account-management purposes.
2. Acceptable use
- You must not use the services for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised purposes.
- You must not attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the HMJ Global website, portal, or connected services.
- You must not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse platform content or data beyond the intended business use of the service.
3. Accounts and submitted information
If you create an account, upload documents, submit job applications, or provide onboarding information, you are responsible for ensuring the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login or access links.
4. Intellectual property
HMJ Global and its licensors retain ownership of the website, portal, software, branding, workflows, content structure, and related intellectual property, except where third-party rights apply.
5. Availability and changes
HMJ Global may update, improve, suspend, or withdraw parts of the service where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, compliance, or operational change.
6. No guaranteed outcome
Use of the service does not guarantee job placement, interview progression, assignment offer, or any specific commercial or operational outcome unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMJ Global provides the service on an “as available” basis and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability where exclusion is not lawful.
8. Privacy
Use of the service is also subject to the HMJ Global privacy policy.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
